Letting Fees

All prices shown include VAT at the prevailing rate of 20%


Tenant Find Service:     7.2% of the first rent term (minimum fee – £600)

Rent Collection Service:     12% of each month’s rental

Fully Managed Service:     14.4% of each month’s rental

Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement – £100

Renewal Fee – £100 

Full details of all Sundry Fees are available upon request.

Unlike other agents, we DO NOT receive any payment from third party contractors for arranging EPCs, Gas Safety Records, Inventories, Check-Ins, Check-Outs, PATS test or Electrical Inspections.



Reservation Deposit – One Week’s Rent

To reserve a property we require the equivalent of one week’s rental. Once references have been passed this amount is totally refundable or you can put it towards your first month’s rent/deposit, whichever you prefer.


Each deposit will be calculated at 5 weeks rent and will be protected by the Deposit Protection Service, of which we are members.



Any money that we hold on your behalf is held in a designated Client Bank Account.
In addition, it is a requirement of The Housing and Planning Act 2016 that we are required to belong to an approved or designated Client Money Protection Scheme. We confirm that we are a member of Money Shield:
