Accompanied viewings

We accompany every viewing, including those arranged in the evenings or over weekends. We won’t scare buyers away by being pushy but are on hand should they need any questions answered and to make sure they feel comfortable and relaxed.

Open 7 days a week

We understand today’s hectic lifestyle, that’s why we are open seven days a week so we’re
available for viewings whenever potential buyers want to view including evenings and weekends.

Prompt feedback

It’s the first job of the day! We understand that waiting for feedback is infuriating. Will they? Won’t they? That’s why we make sure we contact all our applicants first thing in the morning and report back with their feedback as soon as possible.

Staff viewing

How can you sell something you haven’t seen? Upon instruction we will arrange for all our negotiators to view your property. We firmly believe that to sell a property you must, at least, have seen it! We also recognise it makes a difference to put a face to a name so you know who you are talking to in the office.

TENANTS – NO MORE FEES

Reservation Deposit – One Week’s Rent

To reserve a property we require the equivalent of one week’s rental. Once references have been passed this amount is totally refundable or you can put it towards your first month’s rent/deposit, whichever you prefer.

Deposit

Each deposit will be calculated at 5 weeks rent and will be protected by the Deposit Protection Service, of which we are members.

 

CLIENT MONEY

Any money that we hold on your behalf is held in a designated Client Bank Account.
In addition, it is a requirement of The Housing and Planning Act 2016 that we are required to belong to an approved or designated Client Money Protection Scheme. We confirm that we are a member of Money Shield:
