Unlike other agents, we DO NOT receive any payment from third party contractors for arranging EPCs, Gas Safety Records, Inventories, Check-Ins, Check-Outs, PATS test or Electrical Inspections.
TENANTS – NO MORE FEES
Reservation Deposit – One Week’s Rent
To reserve a property we require the equivalent of one week’s rental. Once references have been passed this amount is totally refundable or you can put it towards your first month’s rent/deposit, whichever you prefer.
Each deposit will be calculated at 5 weeks rent and will be protected by the Deposit Protection Service, of which we are members.
Any money that we hold on your behalf is held in a designated Client Bank Account.
In addition, it is a requirement of The Housing and Planning Act 2016 that we are required to belong to an approved or designated Client Money Protection Scheme. We confirm that we are a member of Money Shield:
